Quickly write down all you can control in your life. Then quickly write down all you fret about but can’t control. Now focus on the Can-Do list and get to it.
Next, take a good hard look at your To-Do list. Delete all that is not necessary. Get to the items you need to do. This could and likely will cut your To-Do list in half. Repeat this once a quarter or once a month. You’ll find stuff that’s been on the list a while just gnawing at you…Get rid of it!
Getting over stress is just focusing on what needs to be done and doing it. That alone will leave you little or no time to worry about it.
