Ever felt like you can’t change your attitude when you’re having a bad day?

Try this. Think of an activity you love to do. Is it skiing, spending time with your family or friends, traveling? Think of it right now and how much you love doing it. Go back to your most memorable moment and think about it for twenty seconds. Do it right now!

Somewhere in your thoughts I suspect you had a smile on your face. You did it. You changed your attitude. You took yourself out of those bad thoughts by placing yourself in a positive moment in your life. Now, take a moment to visualize where you want to be in the future.  Use these moments to reconnect with what needs to be done and go forward.

We need to be able to control our emotions. Turn it on and turn it off at a moment’s notice and you will have greater success in life.

“My attitude determines my altitude.”
