We communicate with others by way of our body, voice, words, and the environment.  All contribute to the likelihood of success.

Without being congruent in all aspects of our communications, we can change our message so that it has meaning we never intended.

Videotape or voice-record your presentations.  Is the message you are intending to send being received the same way?  As you review the video ask yourself, “Would I believe or buy from this person?” Ask your boss, “Would you believe me or buy from me?”
