Words can, and will, be used against you in the court of sales.
Choose your words wisely and say them with precision. Upscale or downscale your words according to the situation. The delivery of your words is equally important. A change in delivery can change the intended meaning.
One example, never use “but” or “however.” These words contradict anything said before their use. “I met your wife the other day and she is lovely, but…”
Choose your words wisely!
“Let thy speech be short, comprehending much in a few words.”
