When we call to set an appointment, we always hear, “when would you like to make an appointment?” So why would we ever want to use the word “appointment” with prospects or clients? Do you think our prospects are excited about scheduling more pain? Stop using the word appointment with them!
Schedule a conversation. “Lets have a conversation on the topic either Thursday at 3 or Friday at 4, which works best for you?”
Find the words that make you comfortable in asking for an appointment without saying the word appointment.
