Just looking at your To-Do list can make you go crazy and add stress no one needs.

Make it simple, break your tasks down. Place a sheet of paper, 8.5 x 11, in front of you.  Turn the sheet, so it lays in the landscape position.  Create three evenly-spaced columns.  Place Monday on top of one of the columns.  Place Tuesday in the next column. Place Wednesday in the third column.  Turn the sheet over and do the same for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.  Sunday is your day of rest!

Under each day list ten things you must accomplish before leaving work. Only when you are done can you leave work!  Attack each task individually and cross it off upon completion. There’s something good about crossing it off versus just hitting a delete key on the computer. Old technology sometimes out performs modern technology!  The quicker you complete your list, the more you can enjoy other things in your life.

Still stressed by ten items? Instead, grab a Post-It note and list five to-do items on it and knock’em off the list! Repeat.
