With two decades of experience in program facilitation and coaching for for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, Emil brings a wealth of expertise. His impact has reached thousands of professionals across more than 100 industries in North America and Europe. More than 99% of participants attested that Emil met or exceeded their expectations.

Emil's extensive collaboration with the world's largest training organization is another testament to his prowess. He has skillfully facilitated hundreds of programs across various subjects for corporate clients, delivered in person and via live online platforms, transcending geographical boundaries. Moreover, Emil's leadership as president of the firm's International Trainer Quality Board played a pivotal role in improving the quality of 1,300 certified trainers worldwide.

In response to the pandemic-related challenges from 2020 onward, Emil adapted swiftly by conducting more than 900 two to three-hour online sessions for clients across various platforms. Emil's certification as an online trainer since 2009 demonstrates his longstanding commitment to excellence in this domain. Looking ahead, a remarkable 100 sessions have already been scheduled for 2026, underlining Emil's continued dedication to helping professionals excel in their endeavors.

Prior to New Amsterdam, Emil was president and founder of an investment advisory firm for fifteen years and also served as president of the Kratzer Company, an insurance and real estate firm, for twelve years. His background also includes a run for Congress and being signed as a free agent with the Buffalo Bills. Emil’s earlier professional experience includes roles at UBS Financial Services, Royal Bank of Canada, and HSBC.

Emil is recognized for his economic and investment research. Emil's commentary on the economy and financial markets has appeared in Barron’s and The Wall Street Journal.
